Ada’s clinical work is rooted in full-spectrum Traditional Chinese Medicine and informed by an MSc in Neuropsychology, allowing her to work at the intersection of physiology, nervous system regulation, behaviour and long-term health.

Her understanding of medicine began early, shaped by a family lineage integrating Western pharmacy and Traditional Chinese Medicine. This foundation informs a pattern-based, individualised approach that prioritises discernment, restraint and root-cause treatment over symptom suppression.

Formally trained across Traditional Chinese Medicine modalities including acupuncture, herbal medicine, dietary therapy and bodywork with masters across Asia and Europe, for almost 20 years, Ada specialises in fertility, autoimmune, nervous system dysregulation and chronic skin disorders. With a track record of success, she is widely sought out for complex or unresolved cases where single-discipline approaches have failed.

Alongside her clinical work, Ada is the founder of 001 London, an award-winning integrative health and skincare brand established in 2013 and used globally across leading spa and wellness destinations. She is also the creator of MicroSculpt®, a trademarked technique applied on A-list clients across red carpets, film productions and major cultural events.
